HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

If you ordered to a P.O. BOX and can’t receive the package, contact me via luzie_schulz@web.de. I can always send it to your family or friend instead. When I got the new info I can update the shipping information to the shipping carriers so they can change the receiver/address. 

The art prints are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages (no frame included).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will first get a email where I confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn’t land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send an email with the name or email you made the order with to luzie_schulz@web.de and I  will help you to track your order.

 HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

The fulfilment takes between 1-4 business days depending on the orders + the shipping time 4-10 business days, shipping time depends on destination. It’s important to keep in mind that I am printing these orders on request, not sending out items from printed stock. So it takes a couple of days extra to get everything ready.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Register your return via luzie_schulz@web.de. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

All customers according to the German law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. I will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you’re cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact me at luzie_schulz@web.de for the address for shipping back your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. I do not accept returns for change of a design. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order! If I haven’t started with fulfilling your order you can cancel it (fulfilment takes 1-4 days). 

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! I’ll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

I may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven’t received it, I won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

LOCAL TAXES

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU.

 

ARE FRAMES INCLUDED WHEN I BUY THE PRINTS?

No, currently I am not offering frames because the shipping is a big risk that the glass gets damaged in transit. 

CAN I ORDER ANY ARTWORK WITH MY OWN DIMENSIONS OR DESIGNS? 

Just send me an email or contact me via social media and we’ll have a look if your preferred size is possible to print

ARE THE ARTWORKS SIGNED?

All the artworks are singed on the back with a signature and the year it is printed
