All customers according to the German law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. I will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you’re cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. I do not accept returns for change of a design.
